  1. At the congregation I’ve just recently left, I made the switch from alkaline to rechargeable batteries. Never had a single problem with them. Always pulled form the charger.

    Using Sanyo Eneloops meant that when a big event was coming up, I could charge an extra batch of batteries a few days ahead of time and have some already-charged cells in reserve (we had enough chargers to charge half of the batteries at one time).

    The savings in just the first year more than justified the switch.

  2. We just now finished the switch to rechargeables. We have 4 worship venues, and I started out in the smaller of the two, and as I gained confidence using them, we integrated them into out other venues.
