Some of my tech plans for 2008 . . .
1. Recruit and train for a third and fourth camera position.
2. Recruit and train for more A/V techs. In my world here at Fellowship Dallas, these are the people who operate complete A/V systems for smaller events. This consists of small PA, Easyworship and lighting.
3. Schedule regular fellowships with crew members to interact with staff leadership.
4. Replace all VCR’s which are simply demodualting coax audio and video with Drake demodulators for more stable operation.
5. Cable the Fellowship Hall for our CATV system and install a demodulator.
6. Install a flown system in the Student Center.
7. Build a tech booth and install a flown system in the chapel.
These are just a few of the things I hope to accomplish in 2008.
